The SOHO Market Falling Between the Cracks

in Services, The Blog

Benoit wrote an excellent piece on the SOHO market, not only neglected bur poorly served. Not that Benoit needs any recommendations but this is one of the best I’ve read on Fiberevolution.

The only thing I would like to add is that in Greece, SOHOs get usually lesser wealth of service than do residential users. For example, they do not qualify for flat rate unlimited (or high volume) voice plans, due to the high accumulated costs associated with call termination to competitive networks. Fixed IP could only be of real use if SOHOs hosted their web sites on their premises something that they usually can not afford to or don’t have the technical expertise to do.
